By using this website and placing orders with Shrimp Enthusiast, you agree to the following terms. We are a small neocaridina shrimp breeding business based in Brunei Darussalam. All orders are confirmed and fulfilled via WhatsApp.
Adding items to your cart and clicking checkout sends a WhatsApp message with your order details. An order is not confirmed until we respond and agree on availability, delivery method, and payment.
We accept bank transfer (BIBD) and cash on delivery. Prices are listed in Brunei Dollars (BND) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at the time your order is confirmed via WhatsApp are the prices that apply.
We deliver within Brunei Darussalam only, via public meetup or local runner service. Once shrimp are handed off to you or to the runner, responsibility for the animals transfers to you.
For runner deliveries, any delivery fees charged by the runner are separate from the cost of the shrimp and are confirmed with you before dispatch.
We guarantee full replacement for any shrimp that arrive dead. To qualify for a DOA claim:
Replacements are subject to current stock availability. The DOA policy does not cover losses that occur after acclimation or introduction to your tank. See our Shipping & DOA Policy page for full details.
Neocaridina shrimp are live animals. While we take every precaution to ensure healthy stock, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or survival of shrimp after delivery. Factors such as tank conditions, water parameters, tank mates, and acclimation practices are beyond our control.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for losses that occur after the shrimp have been acclimated and introduced to your tank.
This website is provided as-is. Product photos are representative of the variety and may not exactly match individual shrimp you receive, as colouration varies naturally. We make reasonable efforts to keep availability and pricing up to date, but confirm all details via WhatsApp before fulfilling orders.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website and our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
