For added convenience, we can arrange delivery via a local runner service. The delivery fee depends on the runner and your location - we will confirm the cost with you before proceeding.
We take every precaution to ensure your shrimp arrive healthy. However, live animals are unpredictable, and sometimes losses happen despite our best efforts.
If any shrimp arrive dead, we will replace them at no extra cost. To claim a DOA replacement, please send us a clear photo of the deceased shrimp in the unopened bag within 2 hours of receiving your order.

Proper acclimation is critical for the health and survival of your new shrimp. Neocaridina are hardy, but sudden changes in water parameters can cause stress or even death. Follow these steps to give your shrimp the best start.
Float the bag. Place the sealed bag in your tank and let it float for 15-20 minutes. This allows the water temperature inside the bag to gradually match your tank.
Open and drip. Open the bag and pour the shrimp and water into a clean container. Using airline tubing with a knot or valve, set up a slow drip from your tank into the container - roughly 2-3 drops per second.
Wait patiently. Let the drip run for 30-45 minutes, or until the water volume in the container has roughly doubled. This gradually adjusts the shrimp to your tank's pH, GH, KH, and TDS.
Transfer carefully. Using a soft net, gently move the shrimp from the container into your tank. Avoid pouring the bag water into your tank - it may contain ammonia from transport.
Lights off. Keep the tank lights off for a few hours after introduction to reduce stress. Your shrimp may hide at first - this is normal. They will come out to explore once they feel safe.
